Litigation
Civil litigation is a legal dispute between two or more parties that seek compensation ("damages") or some other remedy, e.g. an injunction, apologies, performance of a contract, rather than criminal sanctions.
JMD LAW’s Litigation Department deals with disputes, Court and Tribunal cases involving all sorts of matters. Our menu of services deals with specific areas of law in which we deal and which might result in disputes and disagreements requiring the involvement of Courts and Tribunals and our Litigation Departments.
Our diverse experience and personal, yet professional approach will help you understand the process of any court procedure or other litigation proceedings which may be required. Once the correct path has been agreed we will assess the strengths of your case and identify where further evidence or information will be required to strengthen your case.
We will advise you about how to apply, what evidence should be submitted and the procedure to be followed and guide you throughout the process.
