Home Information Packs (HIPS)
Sellers no longer require Home Information Packs before they market and sell thier property. However, Energy Performance Certificates ("EPC's" - which used to form part of the Home Information Packs), are.
We have arrangements with various providers of EPC's and can provide them at an extremely modest cost.

Express Service
Do you need to see us urgently? If so, quote "Express Service" when telephoning us and we shall offer you an appointment within 24 hours during our normal business hours. That's just part of the JMD LAW service.
