Doctor and Hospital Neglect
We appreciate Doctors and other medical professionals work under very difficult circumstances but unfortunately, sometimes things do go wrong causing you injury and financial loss.
If your treatment fell short of what you were reasonably entitled to expect, which caused you injury, then you should claim compensation. This includes if you did not understand what the doctor was proposing to do and could not give informed consent.
