Commercial Property comprises land and property that isn't entirely lived in as a home by our Clients. It includes shops, restaurants, take-aways, pubs, licensed premises, offices, office buildings, serviced offices, retail units, showrooms, warehouses, industrial estates, housing developments, development land and farmland.
We advise a broad range of clients as diverse as multinational firms, SMEs, sole traders/investors, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants on all aspects of Commercial Property including:
- Buying or Selling
- Granting Leases as a Landlord or taking leases as a Tenant
- Related Finance issues (e.g. Bank requirements for purcashing)
- Property development
- Sale or Purchases of Pub or other licensed premises
- Buying To Let
- Renewing Tenancies once they have come to an end
- Evicting commercial or residential tenants, squatters and trespassers
